1. Overview and Authority
These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to all users of the Invitrr platform without exception and form part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Guidelines at all times. Invitrr reserves the sole and absolute right to interpret, enforce, and apply these Guidelines, to determine what constitutes a violation, and to take any action we deem appropriate in response to any actual or suspected violation, without notice, without liability to you, and without any obligation to provide an explanation.
These Guidelines may be updated at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Guidelines.
2. User Requirements
All users of the Service must at all times:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Use their real identity and provide accurate information in their profile and account
- Treat all other users, hosts, and Invitrr staff with basic dignity and respect
- Honor commitments made through the Service, including confirmed attendance at events
- Promptly disclose any material changes to their profile information or circumstances relevant to their use of the Service
- Comply with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws in connection with their use of the Service
3. Zero Tolerance Violations
The following conduct will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:
- Any content that sexually exploits, solicits, endangers, or depicts minors in any manner
- Credible threats of violence against any person or group
- Non-consensual sharing, distribution, or creation of intimate imagery
- Fraud or identity misrepresentation intended to cause harm to another person
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation thereof in any form
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on the Service and may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination:
- Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse of any user
- Hate speech or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Deliberate deception of other users regarding your identity, intentions, qualifications, or event details
- Unauthorized commercial solicitation, spam, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing
- Creating or promoting events designed to harm, defraud, exploit, or endanger attendees
- Sharing or threatening to share another user's private, sensitive, or personal information without their consent
- Using the Service to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Any conduct we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be harmful to the platform, our users, or our business
5. Enforcement
Invitrr enforces these Guidelines in its sole and absolute discretion. Enforcement actions are determined on a case-by-case basis and may include: content removal; feature restriction; temporary suspension; permanent account termination; referral to law enforcement; or any other action we deem appropriate. We do not guarantee any specific enforcement outcome in response to any particular conduct or report. Our enforcement decisions are final. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to review or consider appeals of enforcement actions.
Users who wish to report a violation may do so directly from any user profile or event listing within the app, or by contacting safety@invitrr.com. We review reports but cannot guarantee a response or specific action on every report received.
